Frog's legs / Zabie udka.



Frogs' legs are very easy to prepare, it's enough to just salt and fried them on the hot olive oil. Many people won't try them when they see how they look raw and of course the price is quite high. 41 euro per kilo it is ridiculus! but on the other hand it is not something we eat very often.Zabie udka sa bardzo proste w przyrzadzaniu, wystraczy je tylko posolic i podsamzyc na goracym oleju. Mysle jednak, ze Polakow glownie nie tylko odrzuca mysl o ich zjedzeniu gdy patrza na nie w stanie surowym, lecz rowniez dosc wysoka cena. Za kilogram zaplacimy okolo 41 euros, szczerze mowiac, nie jest to posilek ktorym sie czlowiek moze najesc a jedynie rarytasem do skosztowania raz na jakis czas.
